This is a beautiful lacy , very red over the head shawl . The tag read : N.B.C.

The neck opening is 14" , with a boat neck style . The measurement from the center to V is 35" , not including fringe . The fringe is 8" long .
The length from the edge of the neck down along the arm is 24" .
There are a few picks where the thread has pulled . You have to look close to see them . The material looks like a nylon polyester blend .
